#fridayfood is a celebration of food consumed (shockingly) on a Friday, plenty of restaurants filling the feed with their offerings. Friday used to often result in the consumption of takeaway but after a few weeks I have switched back to cooking myself, it’s far quicker and much less calorie-laden.
The stuffed round courgette I cooked last weekend took no more than an hour in total in comparison to the often 2-hour wait we have been experiencing due to a huge increase in people ordering their food in rather than going to a restaurant. There is also a plethora of dishes that can be created in 30 minutes or less – go Google it I promise you there are thousands there will be a version of your favourite takeaway save yourself the wait and the calories.
