An Outside Piece

Wishing to extend to a larger scale piece an Artist set off down the canal path with his paints to see how it could be done. The canal bridge loomed covered with pre-existing offensive graffiti which would offend most eyes. To cover this would be an act of rebellion but also a statement. The paint flowed and danced across the brickwork into stunning peacock like patterns. That night it rained, it rained so hard he was sure at least some of it would wash away. As he approached it he saw that not all was gone, and some of the patterned had remained, who knows how long they will remain. Picture used with permission http://www.instagram.com/lukemargettsart
